Shutting Down the Unit
How to properly shut down the unit
Step 1: Switch to OFF
Place the START/RUN-OFF switch (SROS) in the OFF position. The unit will shut down.
State Memory
The unit remembers its operating state and will restart in the same state (Engine or Electric) when turned back on.
Two-Way Communication
Even with the switch in OFF, the unit may still start if equipped with two-way communication. ALWAYS use proper lockout/tagout procedures before inspection or servicing.
Sleep Mode
If the unit is in Sleep mode (fuel conservation during extended stops), place the switch in OFF then back to START/RUN to wake it up.
